Service and staff were wonderful to work with. Prompt, honest, and very thorough. I will absolutely be visiting again for future service needs! I really appreciated the virtual inspection report that they sent while I waited at home for my car to be finished. No pressure to get any work done that I didn’t need or couldn’t afford at the time. Especially as a woman, it was very refreshing to be treated respectfully by the male staff even though I’m not well versed in car maintenance!!!

I have been going to Central Park Garage for nearly 10 years. They are the best around as far as reliability, and being trustworthy. I have never had a bad experience going to this place and receiving the work they do. Their quotes are very acceptable, and I never second guess the quality of repairs and maintenance. It also helps that they have by far the most organized and clean shop I have seen. I feel nothing but confidence when I bring my vehicle there. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good shop to use.

Brought the car in for what I thought was going to be a quick wheel bearing, turns out it was the transfer case that need replacing. They dealt with the warranty folks, kept me informed the entire time, and set me up with a loner while we waited for the warranty replacement part came in. Loner was in excellant shape for a loner car, and very clean. They have always been upfront and honest, and will take time to explain things.
