I've been going to Central Park for years and feel I can trust Bill and his team. This is why: 1. They always have a loaner car available, so I never feel "stuck" relying on coworkers or friends to get me around. 2. They call promptly to let me know the situation, cost, and necessity of repairs. 3. They call me by name. 4. They invite me to look under the car with them a couple times. Staff have taken time to show me what's going on, how all of the pieces connect, and answer my questions. I need to trust the people who work on my car because it's not my area of expertise. Over the eight years I've lived in the area, Central Park has earned that trust.
