I have been a customer of Central Park Garage and Papa Bear for more than a decade. Cars break down and have failures as they age, we keep our cars until they have around 150,000 miles, so we've used most of the services offered. Cost estimates have been accurate and repairs have lasted until one would expect replacements to re-occur. Great customer service and repairs at a competitive price, my long term experience with them has been reliably great and always honest. Still utilizing this garage after moving out of the area, because I trust them.

I called to make an appointment and was thrilled that they had hours on Saturdays, which meant that I didn't have to make arrangements for getting to work during the week. I got an appointment for the upcoming Saturday and I ended up getting to my appointment late. They were pleasant abut this and allowed the appointment to stand. They worked passed closing to get me car finished. These are very nice and accommodating people. I highly recommend this service center. They also gave me a coupon for a free oil change to boot!
