I made an appointment with Central Park Garage because of a rattling sound towards the rear of my car. They have a loaner car service (I've had several different cars over the years and they all run great!) which I took advantage of. When I got to the garage, they had the loaner car, which had a full tank of gas, warming up so I could head out quickly. The early diagnosis was that there was a pipe that need replacing along with probably the muffler. Later on, I received a call saying there was no problem with the muffler so it would not need to be replaced. I've been to quite a few garages in my time and this is the only one which is honest enough to not replace parts that don't need to be replaced, even though I had agreed to the replacement. Central Park understands that keeping customers, and getting personal recommendations from the customers to friends, co-workers, etc., is more important than a one-time sale. They are honest, they do excellent work, are willing to explain everything and answer all questions. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is that I couldn't give them more. Thank you!
