I have had a few cars into this shop over the last few years My latest is an 8 year old Mazda cx-9. It has needed a few things since I purchased it used, and Central Park has been honest and upfront about what it needed, what was urgent and what could wait, and their prices have been very fair. They have supplied a loaner car when necessary, and the bill has never gone over the estimate. My most recent car issue was a strange bucking issue that I was concerned would be the transmission. When I called, Greg at the front desk could tell I was concerned about safety, and was able to rearrange some things so I could drop my car off, and get one of his loaner cars that day. Over the next couple of days, he did some research, called a guy he knows and trusts, and was able to find a much cheaper solution for me that we all hoped would take care of the problem. Along the way, he was honest that it may not, but thought it was worth a try, and that he trusted the guy he got his info from. Thankfully it worked, and Central Park did not try to gouge me for some major transmission repair. They go above and beyond for their customers and that is hard to find in a lot of businesses these days, let alone your car shop. I would recommend them to anyone. When your car is making a strange sound and you are worried you are about to be in it for hundreds to thousands of dollars, take it to central park and let them give you some options. They know their stuff, they are fair and honest, and they get you back on the road, safely.
