Very nice job.

My engine shut down on 95 in Massachusettes this past Saturday. Had the car towed by AAA to cental park garage. They performed a diagnostic test first thing Monday morning and identified a defective alternator. They provided other recommended other maintenance items that could be performed at the same time since the vehicle was in the shop. No pressure but decided to get that done also since it was time for inspection anyway. By Wednesday morning, the RAV4 was ready to go. What I like about Central Park is that they don't guess. They run the diagnostic and recommend repairs based on your vehicles maintenance schedule. It's up to you to decide.

These guys were great. Ed was very polite & professional. I recommend Central Park Garage to anyone looking for a good mechanic at a good value. They also have another garage next door that does oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Its Central Park Express & I'll be getting my oil changes done there from now on.

I was very pleased with the timely appointment, the respect shown me, the honesty in answering my questions and the work done well without trying to talk me into "extras" that I didn't need.

I was pleased that you were able to give me an appointment when I needed it and it was convenient for me. The work was completed in less time than I was originally estimated that it would. The next day, my husband and I were out and about from a little after 7am and didn't get back from a beautiful ride about the state until after 6pm. The car ran well, my gas mileage was better and I was quite pleased with the work. Everyone I talked to was pleasant and helpful. The waiting room was very clean and our safety was taken into consideration by the use of face masks. THANK YOU.
