Central Park Garage provided great input for me to make a decision. Brought my Ford F150 to Central Park after a Ford dealer identified a problem with the timing chain but was unable to help. The Central Park Team did a thorough diagnostics and inspection on the truck. There was a multi page report with evidence, findings and pictures to show what they had found. It was incredibly impressive. They advised that the problem was likely worse than the dealer had pointed out, and showed me the evidence why. They suggested that the timing chain was faulty, but the overall motor would still be an issue due to damage. IF i wanted to properly fix it, they would suggest replacing the motor. They identified and located a used motor that had a 3 year guarantee. They did not try to sell me anything, but provided me with info and a solution for me to consider. I ultimately made the decision that the problem would soon be catastrophic and not worth fixing. The Central Park Team helped me by providing information that was in my (the customer's) best interests and identified an actual solution.
