I WISH THAT I COULD CLONE THE SERVICE DESK /RECEPTIONIST (?) MS. DAWN AND HER CO WORKERS/ TECHNICIANS AND MECHANICS ALONG WITH THE OWNER! EMPLOYEES IN THIS CAR REPAIR SHOP ARE SUPER POLITE, EFFICIENT, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, INTERESTED IN TAKING CARE OF MY (2011) AUTO. I HAVE NEVER BEEN PLACED ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES. I HAVE NEVER BEEN CALLED TO PICK UP MY CAR AFTER SERVICE ONLY TO BE TOLD IT'S NOT READY. I HAVE ONLY EXPERIENCED IN THIS CAR REPAIR SHOP EFFICIENCY, INTEREST IN THE CAR'S ISSUES AND A HIGH REGARD FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER. I WISH THAT THIS SHOP'S ENTIRE STAFF COULD BE CLONED WITH THEIR CLONES PLACED INTO OTHER USA BUSINESSES AND CORPORATIONS. THERE SHOULD BE AN ENTIRE ARMY OF THESE WONDERFUL, CENTRAL PARK GARAGE EMPLOYEES OUT THERE REPLACING ALL THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES IN US COMPANIES, EVERYWHERE!
